Hello, can I introduce myself? – That is, of course, if you don’t already know me! I’m Nigel Sinden and I am your Labour councillor in Silverhill Ward.

As with many of your Labour councillors and campaigners, I was born in the town. In fact I grew up here in Silverhill [Eversly Crescent]. I’m a member of the Silverhill Club, a school governor and have family and friends living within the ward. I am proud to represent Silverhill as your councillor and I strive to be active in both listening to your problems and suggestions and in taking the actions to solve or promote them.

I would like to point out that Silverhill was a village and in many ways it stays one, we all say, “Hello” as we pass and look out for our neighbours. Let’s keep it that way. In my youth I knew what I wanted for this area, I will promote the ward at all council meetings and keep you informed.
